Shipping Methods and Rates
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping: Available for selected products and regions. Please check individual product pages for eligibility.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Rates vary depending on the destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for eligible regions. Additional charges apply.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery Zones
We currently ship to:
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@blackfoodiefinder.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For lost or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Local Delivery and Pickup
- Local Delivery: Available for select regions. Delivery times and fees will be displayed during checkout.
- In-Store Pickup: Currently not available.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
